Pocket Aces - Manager - Legal

- Standardizing agreements such as Streamer agreement, Business Development agreement, Vendor agreement, Non-disclosure agreements, etc

- Assisting in negotiating, closing legal documents that are part of a fund-raiser activity (Debt and Equity)

- Providing general legal advice on business and commercial issues

- Ensuring compliance with all laws relating to Gaming, Content and IP

- Stakeholder Management - Effectively liaising with external counsel and managing internal relationships with teams and business leads
