Loco is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to join the Marketing team. We are a fast-paced and ambitious team, based in Bangalore. As part of this role, you will participate in building the services of our product and understand the complexities that come with scale. You will also have an opportunity to learn about the gaming landscape and help resolve the challenges that come with it. About Us: Loco is India's home for gaming. We want to use technology as innovatively to best ensure that our audiences have the freedom to access content anytime and anywhere. We had initially started as a company to democratize entertainment by enabling users across India to participate in live game shows through their phones and have now reached the next leg of our journey to solve boredom. We are building cutting edge tech for our platform: - Solving scale for massively multiplayer social communities (&gt;500k concurrent users in single games) - Building best-in-class live streaming video latency - Creating a strong capability to handle high transaction volumes - Constructing microservices architecture to enable rapid iteration Roles and Responsibilities - Identify and lead Loco into new areas of digital engagement beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience identification, and strategy formulation - Conceptualise and manage digital marketing projects (new launches and major campaigns etc) via digital marketing platforms and execute campaigns in the most efficient manner - Manage the Social Media, and Retention strategy of Loco - Set up campaigns and build community through existing and new social media channels - Coordinate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness - Create contingency plans to meet defined objectives. - Lead and drive the digital marketing team KPIs. - Providing strategic support on both day-to-day and long-term initiatives Qualifications and other requirements - 5-7 years of experience into digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience into App marketing - Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion - Data-driven with attention to detail, and a hustler. - Accomplished range of skills from high-level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution About Pocket Aces: Pocket Aces is India's leading and digital entertainment company.
