We are looking for an experienced channel marketing professional to join the team. You will be responsible for the strategic and creative development of the channels content and brand marketing campaigns. This role requires close interaction and collaboration with various cross-functional teams throughout Pocket Aces. Requirements - - Proven track record of building brands through impactful, world-class 360 degree creative campaigns that connect with audiences - Ability to conceptualize campaign approaches and articulate creative ideas - Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment and decision making skills in the face of ambiguity - 3-4 years prior experience in content marketing across traditional and digital media - Passionate and curious about all aspects of digital marketing innovation, and strive to create impactful and effective visual brand storytelling on mobile, paid social, and all other mediums/platforms - Love for content and deep knowledge of the industry and media trends in India - Proficient in reading and analysing social media platform analytics - Prior experience of platform features and network growth on social media platforms Job Description -&nbsp; - Play a key role in strategizing and building creative campaigns (e.g. positioning, key art visuals, trailers & other AV assets, digital creative) for the channels series - Partner closely with various teams to develop authentic brand campaigns for the channel and its series offerings that are built on insights and connect with target audiences - Be the voice of the user in the company - keep abreast of the latest consumer behavior, introduction of newer platforms, existing platform innovations and communicate this to various teams at Pocket Aces - Write briefs to guide the creative process and align the internal teams on execution timelines - Project management of cross-functional initiatives including (but not limited to) organizing, mobilizing and planning internal task force meetings and brainstorm sessions and external presentations - Demonstrate mastery of verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, as you will lead meetings and manage workflow with many internal and external stakeholders - Execute the production process for all marketing materials (i.e. project timelines, technical specs, etc.) - Develop and execute partnerships and marketing programs that advance exposure for the channel and series - Work closely with the public relations team on profiling the channel brand and the founders through event collaborations, speaking engagements, college associations etc - Work closely with the cross functional teams; our business development, growth and distribution, public relations, content and brand solutions teams - Manage multiple external agencies/platforms/partners in the development of creative advertising, media planning and high-impact promotions (e.g. guerilla/viral marketing, event sponsorships, etc)
