Job description: - Drafting, vetting and negotiation of industry specific agreements such as production agreements, brand integration agreements, co-branding agreements, sponsorship agreements, agreements for artists, directors, music composers, music directors, cast and crew, influencers, and other agreements pertaining to licensing/ ownership of Intellectual Property Rights. - Drafting, vetting and negotiation of general agreements; non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understandings, master services agreements, etc. - Researching and advising on queries pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights laws, contract laws and other corporate laws. Key Requirements: - Expertise in Intellectual Property Rights, Intellectual Property Rights related agreements and other general contractual and corporate matters. - 4 to 6 years in a top-tier law firm or in a reputed organization/ company, handling Intellectual Property Rights, Intellectual Property Rights related agreements and other general contractual and corporate matters. - Understanding of trademark registry processes and filing. - B.A. LLB, BCom LLB, BSc LLB, BBA LLB, LLB or an equivalent degree from a recognized college/ university. An ideal candidate: - Good organizational and interpersonal skills including ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment. - Excellent Communication skills. - Good command over English.
