- Leading the execution of the content strategy, and managing all content operations for the channel including coordination with writers, supervision of the writer's room, coordination with animation director on requirements, allocation and execution of brand briefs, coordination with other functions etc. - Managing bandwidth and work allocation for the team and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures - Managing processes and ensuring work gets done on a day to day basis - Leading implementation and optimizing process for speed - Managing day-to-day budgets and adherence to the budget.
