Context &amp; Role: This position will be responsible for managing Anti-Corruption Policy framework implementation, conducting due diligence of contracts executed with third parties, Approvals &amp; reconciliation of Gift and Entertainments, Monitoring and sample review of Gifts and Entertainment payments qualified under ACP, conducting ACP trainings to the risk group, creating awareness of ACP related requirements across the functions and regions, monitoring of code of conduct certification, various training etc. Key Responsibilities: - Anti-Corruption Laws implementation - Approvals and monitoring of Gift &amp; Entertainment related expenses - Training and awareness creation - Code of Conduct certifications and reviews - Reporting to the Regional and Global team - Contract due diligence Measures of Performance: - Planned vs. Actual Performance - Evaluation of requests and approvals within TAT - Reconciliation of G&amp;E expenses - Creating ACP awareness across the organization - Timely coordination, approvals from Global office. - Control effectiveness of ACP Programme and timely reporting. Desired qualifications and experience : - 2 -3 years of Regulatory Compliance experience - CA/CS (inter) / MBA Finance/Law graduates - Internal Audit and reviews experience in the Financial sector, especially in Anti-Corruption laws. - Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements related to Life Insurance industry is an added advantage. Knowledge and skills required : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must - Compliance review skills - Investigative bent of mind - High process orientation - Strong analytical skills - Eye for details. - Positive attitude and outspoken
