PMS & Talent Management Role - Education (5-10 yrs)
- Develop, Design, maintain, and implement academic and non-academic resources related to policies and policy documents, in alignment with Institution's strategy
- Develop and implement processes, programs, and systems in support of talent management strategy ensuring superior employee experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Devise communication, training strategies, and resources to ensure awareness of the policies.
- To provide HR support to various programs in academic functions in hiring faculty members, developing and implementing hr policies, compensation practices, and reward and recognition.
- To strengthen academic and non-academic resources pool and support in building a diverse workforce & creating a high-performance culture.
- Performance management programs (goal-setting, performance appraisal, promotion, etc.)
