PMO To MD/Chief Of Staff To MD - IT (8-12 yrs)
Role - PMO to MD / Chief of Staff to MD ( IT Setup)
Location - Mumbai ( Vikroli)
Job Description:
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Track and provide project status and audit reports
- Manage the risk, issue and change resolution process, and work with the internal stakeholders to take corrective action as needed
- Work closely with top management and collaborate with various departments toward cost optimisation and improve resource utilisation.
- Track project profitability, revenue recognition, productivity and defining the project management framework.
- Play a strategic role with regards to the planning, execution and analysis of a Project.
- Strong coordination etc. that would enable MD's decisions
Education Qualifications & Work Experience & Skills required:
- MBA & ME / B.Tech with 8+yrs experience & should have a minimum 4 years+ of experience in the role of PMO to a Senior Management position.
- Excellent Presentation skills and Written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Analytical thinking
- Working experience in any CRM Product
