PMO Role - HR Domain - BPO/KPO

We have urgent opening for role of PMO HR from BPO or KPO industry Only

we are looking for professional having experience of Project management/implementation of HR transformation projects internally.

JD:

- Collaborating with other regional sales leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

- Engage the respective team leads regularly to communicate and confirm ability to meet milestones; actively manage and measure progress of teams involved in various projects

- Provide project leadership and help drive implementation of key initiatives

- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables

- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently

- Drafting new and improving existing policies and processes as applicable

- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to deadlines.

- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification, post the completion of the project

- Ensuring adherence to program governance structure by sharing the management assurance report on the status of the implementation of the various projects at an agreed frequency

- Responsible for preparing and facilitating regular team project update meetings that require coordination and integration activities across multiple teams functions as the case may be.
