PMO Role - Business Analysis - Consulting Firm

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Financial budgeting and costing

- Project Budgeting experience

- PMO Planning, Governance and Reporting team

- PMO templates, Processes and Tools

- Tracking and reporting at Portfolio, Program and Project levels

- Very experienced with MS Office Excel with excellent financial modeling skills

- Excellent data and financial interpretation skills

- Organised and able to manage complex & competing priorities

- Strong Communication skill

- Analyse requirements, solution analysis and estimate of effort for detailed quotes within the analysts expertise

- Elicit existing processes and document Current State, analyse change & identify best practice to determine Future State, perform Gap Analysis to determine impact to BAU;

- Develop and document new or changed processes and communications (eg: letters, Forms and member interface systems)

- Establish workflow processes and efficient task management

- Gather and analyse insurance documentation to ensure correct understanding of terms and conditions

- Support test team activities including triage and impact analysis

- Participate in project rollout activities including development and delivery of training and support for business users.

Knowledge & Skills:

- IIBA qualifications Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certificate Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent

- Good to have ASFA

- Business readiness techniques

- Demonstrate well prepared, stakeholder-focused written communication.

- Sound working knowledge of superannuation (or similar) systems and business functions

- Agile knowledge

- Methodology Knowledge: Demonstrate capability in multiple analysis methodologies.

- Verbal & Non-Verbal Communication: Adapt communication style to the needs of the situation and the individual.

- Listening: Use active listening and discovery skills to understand - real- issues/needs and build chemistry.

- Systems Thinking: Leverage holistic view of people, processes and technology to understand the enterprise.
