PMO Role (4-10 yrs)
Must Haves:
- Core PMO skills - Project planning, scheduling, risk managements (RAID Log), Resource Management, Document Management, Earned Value Management(EVM), PMP, Prince2 certified preferred, SAP, S4Hana, Oracle, Workday
- Tools Experience - PPM Tools exposure ( eg. Planview, Clarizen, ServiceNow PPM, Clarity, Primavera, MS Project), JIRA, Confluence, Business Process Modelling Tools, BI Tools ( PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
- Agile Methodologies - Handled SCRUM end to end on minimum 4-5 medium to large scale engagements, good to have agile coach experience, exposure to Chief scrum role (scrum of scrums), preferably PMI-ACP , SAFe Agile and CSM certified candidates
- Client Domains- Oil and Gas/ Pharma/ Banking/ Telecom
- Methodology- Agile/ Waterfall
Mandatory skills- Project Management experience on SAP projects
PMO and Project Management experience in following areas/ domains:
- SAP/ S4HANA Implementations
- Financial Services
- Digital Transformation projects
- ERP Implementations
- CRM Implementations
- Power BI and Data Analytics
- MS Excel
- MS Power Point
- Jira
- Confluence
- Other Atlassian Suite tools
