PMO/Project Management Role - Commercial Project

Project & Programme Management

- Be the direct liaison between Client stakeholders

- Support project's Workplace Strategy and Change Management engagement works where required in smaller projects, where variable resources may not be available

- Develop the initial project brief from high level project requirements provided by the Client in order to transition to the local project delivery team

- Develop initial budget estimates and high-level timelines for client business case approvals (to be refined by variable project team once approved and appointed)

- Coordinate with Client and stakeholders to develop Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR) documentation and be accountable for the quality of the documentation

- Executive oversight of project progress including design, procurement, cost management, contractor's master program and supply vendors

- Proactively partner with the local Project Managers to solution any challenges during the project lifecycle.

- Drive the completion of Operational Performance Indicators (OPIs) for capital planning

- PM experience to span across Fit outs Commercials, SEZ, IT, & multi tenanted fit outs or a portfolio mix. Limited greenfield experience incase there.

- This role is client facing as this resource will be based out of client's office/ locations

- Strong communication skills and proactive approach

- Should have delivered large project size upto 5 lakhs sqft

Governance and Compliance:

- Champion, lead and manage full adaptation on all Project in APAC

On-boarding of Project Managers:

- Liaise with the Project Management network to provide the appropriate resources/project managers for the successful delivery of projects

- Confirm and seek approval of Project Management fees and be accountable for the quality of the work orders developed by the local project managers

Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in performance review meetings with Client

- Ensure value engineering is carried out on all projects

- Track value creation / cost savings provided to Client

- Capture and share lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement

Education and Qualifications:

- Qualification : BE /B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical Engineer, Civil, B. Arch or MTech/ NICMAR

- Certifications : PMP, PMI, RICS or others (Optional, but add on if there)
