PMO Lead - Talent Acquisition - IT (3-6 yrs)
Position : PMO Lead - Talent Acquisition (Leading MNC IT Company)
Role :
- Working as a Project Management Lead for TA to Support the Head of Talent Acquisition for updates and deliverables to the Leadership Team
- Support the head of Talent Acquisition to provide an end-to-end global recruitment service to the Company and also work alongside the Board in creating recruitment plans and strategy
- Support the Head of Talent Acquisition around various areas such as Special Initiatives, MIS, Dashboards and Employer Branding
- Propose solutions aimed at enhancing team development and thus ensure reaching maximum professional effectiveness
- Manage and maintain all statutory documents related to people practices
- Successful administration of project management framework, processes, and tools
- Collation of status reporting across multiple programs and business functions
- Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
- Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
- Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive, and prioritized view of all projects
Requirements :
- MBA (HR), ideally from a premier institute
- Should have 3-6 yrs of experience
- Should have experience in Talent Acquisition and Project management
- Should be good with Data Analysis and Presentation
- Should have experience working in a process oriented company
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Should be able to work under short deadlines
- Must have an enthusiastic attitude
