Purpose of Role The Project Management Professional provides special knowledge and governance for the project management team(s). Defines key performance parameters and creates reports to track project progress, including budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, and performs any data analysis relevant to project tasks. Main Areas of responsibility Drive programs from initiation to closure phase, Meeting stakeholder expectation, Representation to steering committee on overall project status, risk, action plans, milestones, forecast.
