- Should have exposer be designing & program managing various initiatives under HR function.

- Initiate open and candid coaching conversations at all levels.
- Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.

- Contribute technical knowledge in area of specialism.

- Providing subject matter expertise on People matters to the People teams on various human capital strategies, policies, and business processes;
- Leading human capital projects and initiatives related but not limited to credentialing, job leveling, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, global mobility, diversity and inclusion and others as assigned;
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity including identifying and managing risk, identifying and implementing solutions, and successful delivery against deadlines;
- Ability to share and use technology for process efficiency gains and to provide innovative solutions;
- Leading self and others to accomplish project goals and deliverables on time;
- Demonstrating ability to influence Leadership to determine and meet business objectives;
- Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at all internal and external levels while effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization
