PMO/Executive Assistant - To COO & CTO - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM (2-10 yrs)
For our start up client in Bangalore (Koramangala) - WFO position.
Ideal candidate will be someone who has managed Projects, either in PMO role or as an EA managing strategic projects independently besides EA duties.
This is a strategic and important role in the orgn.
Candidates from premier institutions preferred but not mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities :
Position Requirement:
- Manage strategic projects and provide EA support to the COO and CTO
- Notice period less than 30 days
Minimum Qualifications :
Should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience
Possess excellent communication skills: oral and written English
Proficient in Basic and Advanced MS Office skills
Experience not just limited with just calendar, meetings, minutes, travel and itinerary management
Should have experience managing strategic projects independently
