PMO Consultant - Human Resources - BFSI

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

An insurance client is looking for a individual to support CHRO to manage the activities in the HR function by ensuring programs and projects meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee projects and align them to department goals

- Partner with the HR function to understand the broader needs of the function, the organization

- Ensure the HR PMO is properly engaged with the right strategic programs and projects

- Managing the day-to-day activities,

- Collaborating with functional leaders of HR to develop projects and programs

- Define, prioritizing and developing HR project

- Resource planning, ensuring timely reporting, setting deadlines, assigning team members to deliverables

- Analysing project budget and other financial data, risks. resource allocation and sharing financial reports with the CHRO

- Documenting project scope, budget, justification etc. and evaluating projects based on company standards, improving office policies and processes

- Report the overall PMO progress reports using project management tools or update the senior management

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an 6-month contract. This role is based out of Mumbai.
