Aspire for Her is hiring diverse candidates for a MNC bank. It is launching a program to drive efficiency and capacity creation within the software development process. Test transformation is one of the global chapters as part of this program. This role will be the global lead for the test transformation chapter. Roles and Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Data collation from multiple sources, analysis and presentation - Organizing and execution of global governance calls, weekly chapter lead calls and other communication forums - Creation of periodic status and other reports using Excel, Powerpoint and similar tools - Ensure progress is being tracked and measured on a regular basis - Implement agile practices as part of running the chapter - Drive material changes in the way testing is done in the organization - Provide strong technical leadership to the team including Test tools, Standardization, Test Data, Testing environments, Test reporting, CI/CD pipeline integration - Identify and lead training and up skilling needs related to Testing Required Qualifications : - Strong attention to details and ability to analyse and structure data - Strong knowledge of Powerpoint - Advance Excel knowledge (vlookups, pivots, charts) - Demonstrated thought leadership and pro-activeness in getting things done - Ability to communicate in a clear, structured manner - Ability to speak-up and express views even with senior stakeholders - Collaborative Skills : - Experience with DevOps and Agile practices - Development and Testing experience
