PMJ Jewels - Floor Manager - Retail Operations (5-8 yrs)
Position Title: Floor Manager
Reports to Store Manager/ Head
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
JOB ROLE:
- Responsible to maintain the showroom as per SOP.
- Responsible for handling the store operations.
- Responsible for the P&L Improvement.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff.
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store experience and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase walk-ins and attract customers.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths for the team.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
- Be a shining example of good behaviour and high performance.
- Additional store manager duties as needed.
Eligibility:
- Proven successful experience as a retail manager.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5-8 years of experience leading sales for an area in the retail or allied sectors, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret sales data.
Local language : Telugu Speaking mandatory
