About the company:

PMJ is a premium diamond jewellery manufacturer based out of Hyderabad with presence across AP & Telangana currently. Company is looking for scale up the business significantly including having a geographic presence across other states in South and West India. Company is looking to invest behind brand building & marketing to drive footfalls across the sales channels. We are looking for a senior professional with a strong growth appetite to help drive the marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile :

- He/ She will have a very strong academic background

- He/ She should have relevant work experience of building high quality brands

- He/ She should have 8 to 10 years of experience handing marketing initiatives for brands across print, television and social media

- Experience with Jewellery or luxury retail companies will be preferred but strong previous experience in marketing and brand building in consumer focused industries is also desirable

Job Responsibilities :

- Build & develop a strong marketing and branding campaign for the company across regions and channels

- Drive customer engagement across various channels with specific goal of increasing customer walk-ins across all company stores.

- Create/ Deploy suitable advertising and below the line promotions

- Manage external agencies (Advertising / PR firms) to maximize creative output and effectiveness of money spent

- Analyze marketing campaigns & strategies and take corrective steps where necessary

Compensation :

Compensation will be in line with industry standards with significant additional performance related bonuses for the right candidate
