- Work with management/ founders of the portfolio companies to improve operational performance.

- Assist research team to analyze investment opportunities and provide operator's perspective.

- Prepare summarized reports of financial performance of portfolio companies for internal stakeholders.

- Provide analytical insights to help portfolio companies achieve their strategic objectives.

- Track & monitor the progress of key initiatives implemented in portfolio companies.
