The role is that of a senior Customer Success Manager (external title - Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Segment) for the Large Local Enterprise Customers in India.
The CSM function is a critical enabler of business growth- In a scenario, where technology is changing rapidly, employees and organizations need to look at skills development as an integral part of their strategy.
Enterprises grapple with three big challenges :
1. Creating an inventory of future ready skills while running operations which is Business as Usual
2. Establishing an Enterprise Level skill map and personalizing the learning agenda at an individual level.
