At Pluang, we are looking for bright HR professionals who have strong HR & business acumen with a knack to identify the right talent.

What you will be doing:

As a talent acquisition partner you will be need to:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the current & future requirements, & design & implement the sourcing strategy to close these in a time bound manner.

- Own and run the full recruitment life cycle from requirement definition, sourcing, selection through to on boarding and induction.

- As a partner, challenge and advise hiring managers using recruitment and market data to inform and influence hiring decisions. Ensure to deliver an excellent experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Manage all channels to source candidates including employee referral, online portals, social media.

- Proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas.

- Work in a collaborative manner with the Indonesian talent acquisition team to build a cohesive approach to managing talent across the group.

- Manage the onboarding & induction process and deliver excellent employee experience.

- Support in planning & implementing employee engagement and employer branding activities in tandem with the global team.

- Manager employee welfare and experience while building a fun yet high-efficiency work environment and culture.

What do you need:

- Knack of identifying the talent fit with 2-5 years of extensive experience in technology hiring within a complex environment.

- Preferably B.Tech/BE & MBA (HR) with an understanding of current technology being used for development.

- Experience in identifying both passive and active candidates across the sourcing channels.

- Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates.
