At Pluang, we are looking for bright HR professionals who have strong HR & business acumen with a knack of strong process development and management.

As a Sr. Associate you will need to:

- Manage and support the HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle e.g. onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, HR audit (Internal/External) and compliance, offboarding etc.

- Design and deliver an excellent employee experience around, pre-onboarding, onboarding & induction. Drive the entire BGV process.

- Support and manage HR compliance and payroll process, time office operations, and ensure HR governance for all HR systems, processes, and regulations for our offices across locations as per the local requirement.

- Support and manage Implementation of HRMS and employee data (e.g. maintain files personal sensitive records of employees), publish periodic reports, manage HR dashboard to support HR strategy formulation and implementation..

- Prepare and manage all the SOPs regarding HR processes, support HR policy formulation and implementation.

- Conduct training on policies, HRMS, HR Processes and new HR related programs.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required, manage vendors and support procurement activities.

What do you need:

- Knack of designing the process flow, basis the problem in hand.

- Strong personal interaction skills, with a positive attitude.

- Ability to think from management's perspective.

- Strong excel and reporting skills with hands-on experience on compliance and payroll process.

- Strong experience in managing labour law compliance and supporting audits.

- Able to positively influence at all levels of an organization, and to develop valued relationships with managers and candidates.
