Job Description

Position Summary:

The Growth Marketing Head will be responsible for collaboration in creating and driving the execution of a variety of demand generation and adoption programs. This person will work in conjunction with other members of the sales and product marketing teams to successfully drive pipeline development programs needed to support Plobal Apps revenue objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead execution of all demand generation programs

- Own and manage marketing strategy and execution

- Drive aggressive growth

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and services

- Extensive experience bringing new SaaS applications and services to market

- Experience with content publishing, POV's and thought leadership papers that drive sales and interest

- Experience working with customers in a sales, consulting, or support capacity a plus

- 5+ years of software product marketing experience

- Excellent analytical, planning and process development skills

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally

- High level of initiative and strong business judgment

- Partnering experience with SaaS vendors, consultancies and systems integrators

- International markets and start-up experience preferred

- Knowledge and experience in setting up marketing automation tools
