As a BA, you will be responsible for creation and analysis of business metrics and provide key insights to the senior management team. You will work closely with the Product Management team to define the business metrics and derive actionable insights from the data.  RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Define and analyze key business metrics across different functions within the organization.   - Derive insights from data and communicate it with the stakeholders periodically.  - Extract and transform data using SQL and Excel.   - Design and publish dashboards for teams across Plivo.   REQUIREMENTS :  - You have a Bachelor's in engineering, mathematics, statistics or any other quantitative field.   - You have 2+ years of industry experience in analysis of large sets of data.   - You have a high level of curiosity. You are ready to jump into new business problems, understand the landscape and derive actionable insights for stakeholders.  - You are highly driven. You have a keen eye for trends and anomaly in data and are proactive in diagnosing the root cause.  - You exhibit the high level of proficiency in SQL.
