Plintron is seeking a creative and passionate inbound marketing specialist who will execute demand generation initiatives to drive new user acquisition. The person will run digital campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads. The role's key KPI would be to build a continuous funnel of qualified prospects that would be converted into customers by the inside sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- PPC campaign management

- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels

- Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and provide a rich user experience

- Grow new leads, including marketing qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

- Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to fine-tune inbound marketing activity and continually refine the process to enhance conversion efficiency.

- Create inbound marketing campaigns that include landing pages, email workflows, calls to action, etc.

- Track, analyze, and improve performance of inbound marketing campaigns, website traffic, etc.

Skills and Qualification

- MBA from a premier institute

- 6+ years of experience in business development within the SaaS / PaaS domain.

- Strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and sales processes.

- Big plus if worked in the CPaaS or messaging space.

- Analytical bent of mind to understand market dynamics and find effective strategies and tactics to penetrate and grow the business.

- Ability to nurture and build strategic partnerships to accelerate business growth

- Strong relationship management skills and ability to engage and influence CXOs and senior decision-makers.

- Ability to successfully negotiate large commercial deals and contracts

- Experience of starting a business in new markets globally is a plus.

- Show excellent communication skills, good presence, and exceptional persuasion skills.

- Representing the company at events and trade shows.

- Participating as a speaker in industry events and panels is a plus.

- Attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

- Experience with Office365, CRM, and Lead Management Software.
