Playmatches - Cofounder/Chief Technology Officer - App & Website Development (3-15 yrs)
We are a team of ex-strategy consultants (from colleges considered "Premium") and are looking for a partner who would bring in tech expertise for the project.
We are open to partners who are keen to join as co-founders as well as candidates who would like to take a salary with ESOPs.

- Must have had experience of developing apps for global scale
- Expertise in front end as well as back end
- Detailed understanding of payment gateways
- Adaptability in work approach
- Readiness to fold your sleeves and getting hands-onto execution
- Calm mind (compatibility with the team will be the most important consideration)
Good to Have
- Good Network in the tech space (for scale-up phase)
- Team building capabilities (for scale-up phase)
- Located in Mumbai or Bangalore (for easy transition)
