Summary Job Description :&nbsp; The incumbent will drive all Talent Management and learning efforts for the organization AND will be HR Business Partner for teams based out of Bangalore. The organization is at a point of inflexion where we are taking big strides in the people function. The incumbent will have immense freedom to bring in their insights and creativity implement and enhance talent processes that help the organization and its teams to grow to their highest potential. The role will report to HR Head of Games24x7 Detailed Job Description :&nbsp; - Bring in thought and design of programs to be implemented for 360 degree feedback, Succession planning, Talent Reviews and Leadership Development - If desirous and has skills, design and facilitate team interventions and individual coaching assignments - Design and host employee engagement surveys &amp; action planning on areas of improvement as well as effectiveness - Manage project(s) from beginning to end, both individually and in conjunction with other team members - Continuously identifies opportunities for performance improvement through internal process/system reviews and external research into good and new practices - Effectively partner with the Business Leaders for strategic and tactical matters of the business - Have a keen eye for organizational dynamics, and view chinks objectively to bring out the best and most effective solution / Interventions Experience and Education Requirements :&nbsp; The role would best be played by someone with the right attitude, passion for the work, and self-initiation. Experience years is not a criteria but this is not a junior role thus low experience would not be the best fit. OD and Facilitation experience will be of value, though is not a must. HR Business partnering experience would be additional advantage. Must be an MBA from an esteemed B-School.
