Strategic Alliances and Partnerships is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, hands-on, execution-oriented alliances professional. The objective is to conceptualize, build and implement strategic alliances with leading companies, organizations and institutes that are the right fit for RummyCircle to enhance our player experience and revenue across all our markets in India. He or she will work closely with our business line to plan and execute on the alliance objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Develop & drive the pan-India partnership strategy
- Identify,prospect and close partnership arrangements that deliver real value to the business
- Manage how RummyCircle as a whole is perceived by the partner & how the partnership is perceived by team members within
- Scout for suitable partnership opportunity and identify cross-sell, upsell opportunities
- Business development - which would include contract execution as well.
- Influence and communicate cross-functionally about the partnerships
- Support business segments by integrating relevant offers from brand partners for acquisition and retention
- 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Alliance /Partnerships role - similar business development exposure with good contacts to be able to forge partnerships
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement customer campaigns with alliance partners.
- Strong B2B negotiation skills to close complex deals
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Proven track record of high performance and career-growth consistently
- Excellent communication and presentation
