Overview of Marketing at Games24x7

- In marketing, while there is no substitute for a deep understanding of user behaviour and creative communication ideas to appeal to users, marketing at Games24x7 works more like a science than an art. We are aggressive in taking creative and financial risks but we are equally aggressive in insisting that the impact of all new initiatives be measured scientifically.

- Part of this measurement happens at the macro level where the marketing team works very closely with our data science team to build models that help us understand not just the impact of direct marketing but also the impact of brand marketing.

- Most digital spend decisions at Games24x7 are made by machines and all new creative ideas are rigorously tested.

- The other part of measurement happens at the micro level where the marketing team does detailed product analytics work to understand how users consume our product and what that tells us about them. This approach has turned marketing at Games24x7 into one of the key drivers of product strategy.
