Platform product manager
What is the job like?
- You will be platform product manager responsible for building platform-tools on deployment services, complete tenant lifecycle management, application configuration, service/catalog marketplace, application performance monitoring, platform control center, cost and utilization dashboards with complete ownership of AARRR of these tools.
- You will be working closely with Leadership, Product managers, Engineering Teams, UX teams, Account managers, Customer support and operations teams to define, build and scale your product line.
- You will be accountable for building the entire roadmap, delivering in incremental style, showing constant progress with transparency, and efficiency.
Who should apply for this role? :
- Senior level Product Management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record launching software products at scale. Experience working on platform products and services.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders, and influence teams towards a single, cohesive vision.
- Experience managing software products through the entire product lifecycle with solid product fundamentals.
- Experience within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- High adaptability or experience in an incubation or "startup" culture.
- Strong listening, communication, collaboration and presentation capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts, Kubernetes, development, build & deployment processes.
Background And Experience :
- Engineering + MBA from a top school
- 4+ years of experience in a Technology Product Management role.
- You should have a track record of Building & shipping high-quality Enterprise or SaaS products owning the process end to end and playing a key role in taking in the product ideally ground up from a nascent stage to mature product milestones.
- Adapting to complex situations with an aim to achieve business goals.
- Building web applications and interfaces with modern UX/UI patterns.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- An engineering / technical background that will allow you to reason about the product trade-offs and can empathize with engineers.
- You conceive possibilities, think big picture, but deliver on the details.
- You have written code in your past life or understand engineering nuances very well.
- You have project management experience.
