Ctc to be offered : 7lac to 10lac pa ; depending upon current pay package and experience .

Position Purpose :

- Develop and execute Training Calendar to make the Plant POM Compliant

- Training Management

- Technical Training & Manual Development

- Training Needs Assessment (OJT/offline)

- Content Ideation

- Training budget & project funding,

- Plant Training Module Design
