- Role : Plant Quality Manager

- Location : South India

- Qualification - B. Tech

- Experience - 15+ Years

Job Details:

- Exposure in Plant level quality

- Experience in Machine, Assembly and Customer quality

- Exposure in machining, gears and Painting

- Should have Process oriented approach

- Should have worked in Heavy machinery manufacturing

- To work with assembly, process engineering to develop PFMEA and control plan for the new parts.

- Coordination with the assembly and PPE department to create the mistake proofing in the assembly to ensure the first time right

- Exposure to SPC

- Quality system knowledge ( ISO 9001/ TS 16949 )

- Exposure to Q6 quality standard is advantage
