Plant/Production Head - Chemical Division - Flexible Packaging (10-20 yrs)
We are looking for production/plant head for an reputed Flexible packaging company for there chemical division for Sonipat Location. Candidate should be proficient knowledge of INKS-Vinyl ink,water based inks and MK ink.
We prefer candidate from reputed chemicals(paints) industry as well.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Ensure consistent quality of products by frequent chemical analysis. Coordinate with control room, field, and lab personnel to adjust equipment as needed.
2. Responsible for all field operation, troubleshooting and performed in compliance with the SOP's, EPA, and all other applicable regulations and Monitored control room systems to ensure process is operating properly. Inspected equipment for possible malfunctions.
3. Attend the company meetings and assisted with training newly hired associates with machine operations and safety procedures and designed Staff workshops that promoted teamwork, internal and external customer relations and workplace communication skills.
4. Identifying needs of production units of manpower to operate production through placing annual plan for department requirement of needed manpower.
5. Identifying the requirements & recommending cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standard, suggesting process improvements to enhance production, quality and capacity. Maintaining IMS/ISO records to be maintained clear and not ne any Non-conformances during ISO/IMS Audit.
6. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
