Client Details :
- Our client, a European brand is amongst the global leaders in the automotive space and has a strong presence across more than 25 countries. They have multiple lines of businesses and have developed a niche for themselves over the last century. They are looking at recruiting a Plant Operations Manager, based out of their Plant Location in Uttar Pradesh.
Description :
Reporting to the Plant Head, you will be responsible for :
- Planning and optimising the plant capacity for superior throughput
- Ensuring smooth running of operations for manufacturing, warehousing and transportation
- Liaising with the procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials
- Leading a team and be responsible for their development in the organisation
- Interfacing with external stakeholders/agencies on matters related to plant operations
Profile :
- You will be a BE/BTech with more than 8 years of experience in production and planning. Additionally you may be from the automotive industry. The client is looking for someone with a strong operational background, excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
