Designation: Plant Head - FMCG Location: Pune - Reports to Supply Chain Director, India - A bachelor's /Masters degree in any engineering stream preferably Mechanical or Electrical with professional experience of more than fifteen years in the industry - At least the 15 + years of experience in the FMCG sector which includes the 3~5 years of experience in projects in MNC Skills : - Understanding of General manufacturing procedures & requirements - Project Management - Team Management - Vendor Management - Knowledge of plans & procedures used in projects - High resilience and energy in a fast paced and changing environment - Able to communicate and deal with the different levels of the organization across functions - Lead, manage and inspire the Mill team to meet the manufacturing objectives. - Gravitas, Maturity and Composure as a leader is critical - Learning and change agility - Challenger /Win from behind mindset - Stakeholder Management; comfort of operating in a regional / global MNC environment - Ability to win with limited resources - Good diagnostic skills, ability to identify & summarize the factors affecting the analysis.
