Plant Manager - Hardrock/Double Shield TBM

Total Exp: 20 + years

Experience:Minimum 10 years experience in TBM, handled 2 Projects with Hardrock TBM.

Job Description:

- Monitor operation & maintenance of TBMs, troubleshooting during operation of TBM & analyzing.

- Supervision erection, assembling & commissioning of Hardrock / double shield TBMs.

- Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of TBM operation and other related plants & equipment activities.

- Preparation of reports, weekly schedules and ensuring safe working conditions under safety norms.

- Planning and supervision of TBM Work, Dismantling and breakthrough procedure and supervision.

- Maintenance of all the Machine & Equipment, Rail Fixing, Tunnel air Ventilation, Extension of Conveyor (Mucking) system, Firefighting system, Repairing & Monitoring of MSVs, Segment lifting crane etc.

- Ensured repairing of hydraulic systems and mechanical systems in TBM's.

- Review of Method statements (MES), Risk assessment (RA), Inspection test plans (ITP) Etc.

- Interfacing with external agencies for meeting the commercial/ statutory requirements and ensuring adherence to the regulations as applicable.

- Coordinate with Procurement & Store personals to arrange Spare parts & consumables as per scheduled period.
