Qualification - Btech Chemical (from premium candidates - NIT, IIT, BITs pilani, ICT)

- The successful individual should have broad experience within a large corporation, particularly in areas pertaining to Process Engineering and Process Safety such as Chemical Process Hazards, Process Safety, PHA, HAZOP, QRA, BLEVE study, SIL/SIF study, Relief study for relief valves / bursting discs, Emergency shutdown philosophy (ESD), On-site Emergency Response Plan etc.

- Solid Process Engineering credentials

- Use of Bowtie Software

- Confident to communicate and present to both internal and external stakeholders (senior management, peers) and maintain relationships.

- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working proactively in a deadline-driven environment.

- Good knowledge of various engineering design and sizing calculations, like Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers, Pumps, Pump-NPHS, Control Valve Sizing, PRV Sizing, Heat & Mass Balance, Rupture Discs, Flame Arrestors, Breather Valves.

- Comfortable to work without direct supervision

- Production planning, manpower handling
