Plant Manager - Automotive Industry

Functional Competencies :

- Good experience in automotive industry preferably in the automotive gas generator or Glass or Airbag or Automotive pressure Vessel or Automotive Paint related Industry .

- Strong & proven track record in managing a process oriented production operation

- Well-rounded with very strong business acumen

- In-depth knowledge & experience in lean manufacturing concepts and practices

- Proven track record in cost management & cost reduction in building up a highly efficient & competitive production operation

- Proven ability to work with multi-national leaders in sharing and applying best practices.

- Good financial knowledge to lead company financial budgeting/forecasting and to conduct periodical financial review to track the company financial achievement against targets

Education :

- Graduate/Masters degree in Production or Chemical Engineering

- Masters in business administration is an added advantage

Previous Experience :

- At least 15-18 years working experience with above 5 years in a general management (general manager) position in multi-national manufacturing environment

- Experience in building up company systems & procedures

- Experience in company financial budgeting/forecasting process

Other :

- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Hindi
