- Develop and implement plan for improvement of plant efficiencies & organizational effectiveness / capability

- Periodic review and modifications if required

- Sustainable Employee relations

- Employee Engagement

- Continuous improvement

- Sustaining Values & Ethics

- Culture Building

Human Resource Development :

- Manpower Planning

- Recruitment, selection, and placement

- On-boarding /induction

- Training & Development, people capability

- Performance management

- Organizational Development

- Communication Platforms

Compensation Management :

- Annual wage revisions

- Wage and salary administration

- Rewards and recognition

- Champion Compensation for associates

Personnel Management :

- Personnel and General administration like -

- Union Handling, Managing Contractual Labour, LTS .

- Statutory compliance

- Disciplinary actions

- Grievance redressal

- Counseling

Environment Management :

- Liaison with Govt. /local bodies

- Continuous Engagement and CSR initiatives

- Liaison with Industry bodies, educational institutions, hospitals etc.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :-

EDUCATION : MILS PREFERRED OR ANY MBA HR & IR

CANDIDATES FROM - STRONG IR BACKGROUND ONLY PREFERRED

FROM - LOCATION RATNAGIRI / MAHAD / CHIPLUN / TALOJA - ONLY PREFERRED
