Plant Human Resource Manager - Manufacturing/Auto

Job Location : Greater Noida

Looking for HR Plant Manager, responsible for all end to end HR activities except Industrial Relations 

- 3-6 experience

- This position is responsible for coordination of HR and statutory compliances at unit.

- Preparing approval notes for and disbursing loans to employees

- Counselling employees and handling day to day grievances

- Statutory compliances under workmen's compensation act, LIC etc.

- Induction of new recruits

- Coordinating administration time office, trainings and other HR activities such as PMS, training, rotations, transfers etc.

- Follow up to ensure timely assessment of trainees and probationers

- Understanding training needs of all departments

- OrganisingTraining & development programs in coordination with functional managers

- Administration related matters including colony, security and time office

- Assisting HR manager in dealing with legal matters

- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to head office

- Lead people resources to ensure maximum productivity of employees.
