Role is to provide employee relations advice, HR support and facilitate the development of sustainable employee relations practices in plant based at Coimbatore. - Handle talent management - Employee Relations - Business HR Support - Statutory compliance - Hrbp - HR Service Delivery - Union Handling - 8-12 years of Human Resources / Employee Relations experience in a manufacturing facility with PG in HR &amp; Industrial relations - Knowledge of labour laws is essential. - Must have worked in an unionized factory environment and have managed industrial relations - Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented, highly matrixed environment - Effective interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in team environment. - Strong commitment to collaborative work and knowledge sharing - Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of employment laws and policies - Knowledge of Plant, Factory, Labour Laws, Statutory, Contract Labour Management, Trade Unions, Liaison with Govt. Offices - 10 % Travel Required - CTC range is 28 - 35 LPA - Knowledge of Tamil is a must
