Job Description - This is a plant HR + IR profile. The incumbent will be entirely responsible for the supply chain function of the organisation

Client Details

Highly reputed MNC in the manufacturing space

Description

Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for :

- Managing the end to end HR function for the plant based out of Pune


- Bringing forth innovative HR practices in the day to day functioning of the plant 


- Managing a staff span of 200 on roll + 200 contractual employees 


- Be the interface between the employees and the management with focus on helping solve work related problems, interpreting policies 


- Identifying the training needs of existing employees and conducting need based training 


- Managing retention of employees, employee morale and commitment

Profile

Must Have:


1. Strong IR experience, should have signed wage settlements. Requires generalist experience required as HR


2. Marathi speaking


3. Team handling experience


4. 14-18 years of relevant experience


5. MBA in HR


6. Good communication and leadership skills


7. Quick learner and a high energy individual


Good to have:


1. Labour Law Degree
