- Maintain cordial relations with unions.

- Collective Bargaining Agreement (Long-term settlement).

- Liaison with Govt officials.

- Personnel & Administration.

Candidate Requirement :

MBA / MSW - With Exposure In IR - Only Preferred

From : FMCG / FOOD / C D / PAINT / MANUFACTURING Can apply
