Job Responsibilities :-
1. Ability to handle multiple unions and contract labour
2. Hands on experience in Variable pay linked wage settlements.
3. Experience in handling strikes and VRS.
4. Knowledge and exposure in handling local bodies and Statutory authorities
5. Exposure in handling domestic inquiries and workmen grievances.
6. Wage and salary administration.
7. Exposure to handle time office function.
8. Knowledge of SAP Systems.
9. Should be able to understand the nerve of workmen and change their behavior to desired one.
10. Team handling, process up-gradation, safety and training
Experience:
Post qualification, IR Exposure of 8 to 12 years
Qualification:
Full time Post Graduate in Personnel Management / HR From Top 10 - B-schools
Candidates from - FMCG / Pharma / Manufacturing / Process Industry preferred
