They cater to needs of consumer goods space and are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, recruiting for Plant HR &amp; Administration Manager based out of a place near Vijaywada in Andhra Pradesh: Reporting into Factory Head, this person will be responsible for: - Responsible for maintaining IR with the plant team for ensuring smooth working of the plant and liasioning with govt. officials to maintain smooth and harmonious work relationship. - Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for a plant - Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs - Ensure compliances to all legal formalities and regulations and handling social accountability issues. Ensuring compliance to legal statutory compliances and handling various legal inspections and liasoning with govt. officials - Responsible for Admin., Safety &amp; Statutory &amp; Legal Compliance - Contract Labour Management and Optimum utilization of resources. - You should be a full time MBA from a top tier college only with 3+ years of experience of working as Plant HR Manager preferably from consumer goods space. - This person should have excellent interpersonal &amp; PR skills and should be able to manage global stakeholders. - In addition to an attractive compensation, this person would be leading the entire plant operations end to end in an environment which offers global exposure too
