The position will report into Group HR Head, - Strategizing annual HR plans and manpower budgets; - Implementing and articulating the organizational policies for streamlining systems and enabling growth - Formulating the KRAs / PMS / Goal Sheets for the appraisal process - Identifying top performers and creating development plans and opportunities to strengthen their skills - Complying with legislative dues, preparing reports and returns pertaining to PF, ESIC, PT, LWWF and Gratuity - Planning and conducting employee engagements &amp; organizational development programs; - Leading the capability development initiatives, identifying training needs, scheduling training's, preparing training modules and measuring the effectiveness of these programs - Managing contract labour, crisis and settlement of IR issues;
