Plant HR Lead - FMCG

- Candidates ready to work in small locations as Plant HR and flexible with 6-day working to apply for this role 

- Premiere B-school graduation not necessary

- This is an opportunity to work with 150 year old organization with variety of products in frozen foods, fruits and beverages products, coffee which are exported to 50+ countries

- The role is available in multiple locations in Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, Maharashtra.

- The plants will have about 1000-2000 contractual employees, between 200-500 on roll employees and managerial staff

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing all HR activity for blue collar contract employees.

- Take care of all essential statutory and compliance requirements

- Will be expected to manage salary and other benefits, health and safety etc. for the employees

- Coordinate with Central HR team on other HR agenda; manage sustainable employee relations practices

- Work out effective communication, intervention etc. - to improve employee morale.

- Experience of working with government and other key stakeholders in dynamic plant environment will be valuable

- Managing on-roll employees and managerial staff will also be a part of the role
