We are in process of identify candidate for the post of Plant HR/IR - Mohali

Our Client : Leading MNC (Manufacturing UNIT).

Plant HR/IR - Mohali/Mumbai

Job Description :

- Manage HR budget

- Monitor employee attitudes, lead culture assessments and action planning to close the gaps

- Provide human resource generalist services, including compliance.

- Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems, related to benefits, company policies, etc.

- Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities.

- Collective Bargaining.

Desired Profile :

- 5-8 years of experience with a manufacturing setup, extensively in Industrial Relations & HR

- Clear understanding a setting up & executing a plant HR operations role

- Should be able to core Human relations professional with Industrial relations experience

- Male candidate, from in and around Mohali/Punjab .

- PG(2 years Diploma/Degree in HR/IR or related fields) as Full Time courses .

- Candidates should have scored a minimum of 50% throughout.
